Officers and members of the Executive Council shall be elected for a term of two (2) years or until his or her successor is duly elected and installed. The annual election of those three (3) officers whose terms expire at the Executive Council meeting in November shall be held on the Saturday prior to the regular Executive Council meeting in November.
The General Council meets four times per year.
